ZagrebDox Press Service is here to answer to all journalists’ questions about the festival and its programs and to provide them with press materials (texts, photographs, film clips).

Accreditation

The accreditation request form can be found on the festival web page www.zagrebdox.net in Press section. Fill out the request form completely and e-mail it to press@zagrebdox.net between 1 February and 20 February 2008.

The request can also be faxed on the number +385 1 48 54 823 in the same period.

Press Service approves accreditations and sends notifications of acceptance or rejection of the request.

Submission of an accreditation request is not a guarantee that your request will be approved.

After expiry of the deadline for submission of accreditation requests, press accreditation can only be requested directly from the Festival PR Officer. Journalists can contact Press Service for any additional questions.

The accredited journalists can collect their official accreditation in the Press Centre, starting on the first day of the festival, 25 February, 2008.

Accompanying crew members (cameramen, sound recordists, organizers, photographers...) will not be issued accreditations. A journalist's technical crew can follow the journalist to all the places where he has access to.

Press Service retains the right to withdraw accreditation in case of abuse.

Press Centre

Press Centre will be located in the VIP Salon of the Student Centre (next to the southern entrance from Savska Street) from Monday, 25 February to Saturday, 1 March, 2008.

Press Centre will be open daily from 9.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In the Centre, members of the press will be able to obtain all information on festival programs, collect press materials and official press accreditations.

Accredited journalists can also use Internet, telephone and fax there.

Some films from the program can be seen in the video-bar. The use of the desk in the Press Centre must be booked in advance.

Requests for Interviews with Festival Guests

Interview request form can be found in press materials, at the desk in the Press Centre and on web page www.zagrebdox.net. A filled out form must be e-mailed to hrvojka@zagrebdox.net or submit it to the staff in the Press Centre.

Festival PR Officer will get back to the journalist as soon as possible.

Submission of a request is not a guarantee that interview will be granted.

Photo Gallery, Distribution of Photographs, Video Materials

During the festival, official festival photographers will be filing their high-resolution photographs on the web page www.zagrebdox.net. Members of the press are welcome to use these photographs for their texts. If they do, they should mention the photograph's name and ZagrebDox.

Journalists can obtain CDs with the photographs from the films in the program. For additional photographs, please contact Press Service.

Video materials with film clips are available on MiniDV. You can obtain them at Press Service.

Tickets

In order to attend screenings, accredited journalists must show their official accreditation.

For some screenings, tickets must be collected in the Press Centre not later than 2 hours before the screening.

Theatre SC – for the screenings at 4, 6, 8 and 10 p.m., tickets must be obtained at the Press Centre not later than 2 hours before the screening.
The screenings at 12 a.m. and 2 p.m. can be attended with press accreditation only.

Teatar &TD – for the screenings at 4, 6 and 8 p.m., tickets must be obtained at the Press Centre not later than 2 hours before the screening.
The screenings at 12 a.m. and 2 p.m. can be attended with press accreditation only.

MM Centar – free admission to all screenings.

No ticket is required for the opening night.
